Author: Question by Look me over, I’m the Capm: Any ideas on a good schooling fish for a 60 gallon marine tank?
Fairly small fish. No bigger than 3-4 inches each? I’m not keeping corals in it, but I do have quite a few small invertabrates that they’d have to get along with. Snails, hermits, Mithrax crab. Plus an anemone and a few feather dusters. Thanks alot!

I have a few Platy fish, they are great and come in three different colors.

When I do partial water changes I add 1/4 tsp per gallon. I have an Angelfish in my tank and was told when I purchased him that I need to add small amount of salt to tank. But I saw a website that said you should not add salt to a freshwater tank and that it’s not good for the fish. Who’s right?

I have just bought a green spotted pufferfish who is awesome (his name is Squirt). Squirt has been living in saltwater and has been very happy, right now he has a decoration of a shark, and i wanted to take it out of his tank and use it for my freshwater tank is it okay to switch things from saltwater to freshwater as long as i rinse it off? Also could i use a fish net in the salt and freshwater? (Squirt is my only saltwater fish)

clean it with boiled water
it is best to use seperate nets for salt water and freshwater fish u can get a net dip solution to clean the nets for multi use in different tanks if u wanted to

i have a 55 gal saltwater aquarium i know i need a ph, nitrate,nitrite,and ammonia test kit but as far as the actual adjusters what do i need? is there a kit i can buy that has everything?

Yes, at pet shops or anywhere they sell aquariums etc, they should have a saltwater aquarium starters set. i would ask someone at a petshop etc because hey probobly know of good, special cheap pakages or wtv
